Christmas Spectacular Mini National Pageant

How To Enter

1. First download and print out the application and paperwork files.

   The forms are provided here in Adobe Acrobat and Word formats:

   To download the application, right-click the link above and choose Save As. To view it online, click the link. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view and print the application. If you don't already have Acrobat, you can get it for free from Adobe's web site.

    

2. Read all of the Competition Information and fill out your Application.

3. Prepare information to mail. Be sure you have:

   1. Filled out all necessary fields in your application.

   2. Signed your Rules & Guidelines Sheet (located on your application).

   3. Included a recent photo.

   4. Included a $100.00 deposit to hold your spot as a contestant in the pageant. You have three payment options:

   ~ Enclose a check or money order made payable to: East Coast USA Pageant, Inc.

   ~ Call our office at (908) 612-8305 or Toll Free 1-(866)-539-3051 to make a credit card payment over the phone. Visa or Mastercard will only be accepted.

   ~ You may make a payment using PayPal by clicking the button below.

   Space is limited applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. You will receive a confirmation letter after your application has been received.
