Signed your Rules & Guidelines Sheet
(located on your application).

Included a recent photo.

Included a $100.00 deposit to hold your
spot as a contestant in the pageant. Your deposit is deducted off your
balance it is not an additional fee. You have
three payment options:
~ Enclose a check or money order made
payable to: East Coast USA Pageant, Inc.
~ Call our office at (908) 612-8305 or Toll
Free 1-(866)-539-3051 to make a credit card payment over the phone. Visa
or Mastercard will only be accepted.
~ You may make a payment using PayPal by
clicking the button below.

Space is limited applications will be
accepted on a first come first serve basis. You will receive a confirmation
letter after your application has been received. Deposits are
non-refundable and non-transferable.
