How To Enter the
East Coast USA Pennsylvania Open State Pageant 2012

1. First download and print out the application file.

   The forms are provided here in Adobe Acrobat format:

   To download the files, right-click the link above and choose Save As. To view it online, click the link. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view and print the PDF application. If you don't already have Acrobat, you can get it for free from Adobe's web site.

    

2. Read all of the Competition Information and fill out your Application.

3. Prepare information to mail. Be sure you have:

   1. Filled out all necessary fields in your application.

   2. Signed your Rules & Guidelines Sheet (located on your application).

   3. Included a recent photo.

   4. Included the $100.00 deposit to hold your spot as a contestant in the Pennsylvania Open State Pageant. Your deposit is deducted off of your balance. You have three payment options:

   ~ Enclose a check or money order made payable to: East Coast USA Pageant, Inc.

   ~ Call our office at (908) 612-8305 or Toll Free 1-(866)-539-3051 to make a credit card payment over the phone. Visa, Mastercard or Discover will only be accepted.

   ~ You may make a payment using PayPal by clicking the button below.

   Space is limited applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. We will only be accepting 10-12 contestants per age division. If you send a payment and your age division is already full we will refund your beauty competition fee. You will receive a confirmation letter in the mail after your application has been received. If you can't attend the pageant for any reason deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
