1. Your age will be determined as of the competition date. Proof of age should be available upon request.
2. This is a fair competition judged by qualified judges. All decisions are final.
3. Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated from any contestant or guest. Those displaying acts of
poor sportsmanship may be asked to leave without a refund and will not be permitted to return
to the event. East Coast USA Pageant reserves the right to disqualify any contestant due to bad
sportsmanship which includes parental and/or guest activity.
4. All payments are final. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any
purchase under any circumstances. Approved credits are applicable only toward future fees and
are not convertible into cash.
5. East Coast USA Pageant Staff and/or Directors do not assume responsibility for any
typographical errors or omissions from documents, publications, or marketing materials as they
relate to contestant information.
6. Event related information, including, but not limited to, age breakdowns and/or time limits, are
subject to change at any time by the East Coast USA Pageant Staff or Directors.
7. All State Divisional and Supreme Queen cash awards will be distributed at the subsequent
National Finals. If you are crowned the winner, you must stay for photographs immediately
following the Crowning Ceremony.
8. It is required that reigning royalty, both State and National, attend the subsequent
year’s pageant to crown their successor. It is MANDATORY for all State Title holders to attend the 2024 National Finals or they will forfeit their title and pay a fee. Failure to comply with request will make them ineligible to compete in the future.
9. Any contestant who arrives late for competition line up during the pageant and/or excessively
goes over the time limit(s) will be subject to point deductions from each judge.
10. East Coast USA Pageant is looking for role models. You will be expected to represent East Coast
USA in the best way possible. This includes acting appropriately when using social media outlets
such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram.
11. East Coast USA Pageant maintains a smoke-free event. Please refrain from use of all related
products during an East Coast USA Pageant sanctioned event.
12. East Coast USA Pageant maintains an alcohol-free event. Please refrain from possession and/or consumption of any alcoholic beverage during an East Coast USA Pageant sanctioned event.
13. East Coast USA Pageant retains the right to withhold event-related information, including, but
not limited to, who is competing in the pageant or how many contestants are entered. The only
way to fairly conduct this type of competition, for everyone involved, is to not release specific
information.
14. Any videos or photographs taken during, or after the pageant, may be used by East Coast USA
Pageant for advertising and publicity purposes not limited to brochures, flyers, website banners,
and other marketing materials as they pertain to East Coast USA Pageant sanctioned events and
marketing.
15. East Coast USA Pageant assumes no liability for the actions of any contestant, parent or guest of
a contestant that may lead to accident, injury, or loss during any East Coast USA Pageant
sanctioned event.
16. All questions concerning rules, guidelines or any other pageant information should be directed
to the East Coast USA headquarters via email at info@eastcoastusapageant.com. Correct information cannot be obtained from any other source. Please allow 1-2 business days for
response.
17. All registrations, entry fees, photos and event related submissions are subject to deadlines and due dates. Any contestant who fails to meet the proper deadlines and/or due dates will be
ineligible to compete. No refunds will be permitted.
18. The pageant staff reserves the right to use their discretion when selecting and accepting
contestants for any East Coast USA Pageant sanctioned event. Any contestant who has displayed
poor sportsmanship at a prior East Coast USA Pageant event, or any other pageant, may not be
accepted as a contestant.
19. Failure to comply with the rules and guidelines will result in immediate disqualification and
forfeiting of all prizes, fees, titles, awards, etc. By registering for an East Coast USA Pageant
sanctioned event, and providing your deposit, whether through payment or application of
available credit, you recognize and accept these rules and regulations.
