Welcome! We’re so excited that you’ve decided to register for our upcoming State Pageant with ECUSA! Our online registration process is simple and quick.
Here’s what to expect:
- If you choose the deposit option, you’ll receive an invoice for the remaining balance about a month before the event from our team.
- After registering, be sure to check out the guide we’ll send you via email (also available on our website) for important information.
- One week before the event, we’ll email you your contestant number and details for uploading your photogenic photos.
- The pageant day schedule will also be emailed and posted one week prior to the event day.
- If you are looking for hair, make up or coaching vendors reach out to us and we can connect you with someone who will be at the event or in your area. This is not required by any means.

We proudly welcome all female contestants, ages 0-100, whether married or single. There’s no pre-screening for our state-level pageants, and beginners are always welcome to join our sisterhood.
The final day to register for the PA Pageant is March 4th, 2025! Price increases on November 11th.
Please note that we have multiple pricing tiers available.
Early bird specials can only be availed through the Pay in Full options or by using ShopPay. If you choose the deposit option of $100, you are opting to be billed at the full package rates $375 for Supreme Package or $275 for Basic Package.. This means you'll receive an invoice for the remaining balance from our team. You will have up until the week prior to the event to pay your balance.
