The East Coast USA Pageant Royalty made a heartfelt appearance on June 2nd, 2023, taking the field at the Bowie Baysox Knock Cancer Out of the Park Game to sing the National Anthem. In a remarkable show of solidarity, a portion of each ticket sold for the game was generously donated to cancer research, contributing to the fight against this devastating disease.

The Queens had an unforgettable experience as they proudly performed the National Anthem. The evening proved to be more than just a performance, as the Queens also had the opportunity to enjoy the game from amazing box seats. 

The significance of the event reached far beyond the confines of the game. The Knock Cancer Out of the Park Game served as a poignant tribute to the Late National Director of the East Coast USA Pageant, Lauren Handler, who valiantly fought her own battle against cancer. Her memory lives on through all of the amazing girls and women who take the East Coast USA Stage every year.

To cap off an extraordinary night, the Queens enjoyed a brilliant firework show and running the bases on the field. The East Coast USA Pageant Royalty extends its deepest gratitude to event coordinator Shirah Simmons for putting together such an amazing experience for our royalty.
